How to Use Meesho Seller Profit Dashboard
A friendly, step-by-step guide to help Meesho sellers turn their payment report into clear, actionable profit insights — no accounting degree required.
Why use this dashboard?
If you sell on Meesho, you already get a payment report — but raw files don't show your true profit. Our Seller Profit Dashboard reads your Meesho payment file, lets you attach SKU-wise cost prices, and gives instant profit breakdowns, return ratios, and easy charts so you know which products are actually making money.

Step 1 — Download your Meesho payment file
Log in to your Meesho seller account and go to Payments (or Reports > Payments depending on your Meesho UI). Choose the date range you want and click Download to get the payments file in XLSX or CSV format. This file contains orders, settlements, returns, shipping charges and more — it’s what we use to calculate real profit.
Tip: pick a date range (e.g., last month) so you can compare month-to-month profit easily.

Step 2 — Upload file & add SKU-wise costs
Click Upload in the dashboard and select the XLSX/CSV file you downloaded. The app will parse the Order Payments sheet automatically. After upload, go to SKU Costs and enter your purchase price (cost price) for each SKU — this is important so the dashboard can subtract cost from settlement and show true profit.
- If you don't know cost for some SKUs, add an approximate value — you can update it anytime.
Step 3 — Ta-da! View your profits
Once costs are added, the dashboard shows an instant profit summary — overall profit, SKU-wise profit, return loss, and useful charts like Profit by SKU and Return Ratio. Use filters (date range, SKU, order status) to dig into details.
